Visitor Policy: Visitors are allowed in the hotel lobby and public areas. However, visitors are not permitted in guest rooms overnight (for cases where the the number of people in the room is more than maximum occupancy per room). Registration and Identification 1. All guests must provide valid government-issued identification upon check-in. 2. Guests must register at the front desk and provide contact information. Security and Safety 1. Guests are responsible for their visitors' actions and must ensure they comply with hotel policies. 2. Hotel management reserves the right to refuse entry or accommodation to any guest or visitor. Other Policies 1. Room Key: Room keys are non-transferable. Guests must return keys upon checkout. 2. Noise Level: Excessive noise is prohibited after in the hotel rooms and premises 3. Smoking Policy: Optimus hotel is not a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all areas. Exceptions 1. Special events or group bookings may have specific guest allow policies.
